1. Returns

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) must be provided.

Non-returnable items:

  • Perishable products (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Personalized/customized items

  • Intimate products (where hygiene is a concern)

  • Gift cards

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

Partial refunds may be granted if the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or variant, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is defective or damaged during shipping:

  • Include photos of the damage and packaging.

  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
